STUDIO RENTALS

Students, members, and non-members may rent the ceramic and darkroom studios whenever the schedule permits. Studio rentals are not to be used for business purposes.

Studio rental prices, as of January 1, 2008, are:

Darkroom:
$7.25/hr Member Rate
$12.25/hr Non-Member Rate

Ceramics Studio:
$4.50/hr Member Rate
$9.50/hr Non-Member Rate

Pottery Studio Firing/Glazing Fee

Due to the increasing cost to Sweetwater to fire the work of those who are NOT enrolled in a class but who wish to rent our studio and work independently, a firing/glazing fee of $15.00 will be charged at the time you purchase your clay.

Students who are enrolled in a class, have paid their material fee and wish to work on their projects on their own time are exempt from the firing/glazing fee.

The firing schedule will give priority to the work of students currently enrolled in a class.
