The Sewickley Gallery walk is held in every spring and every fall. A variety of Sewickley's businesses participate, helping create a great community for artist and art lovers alike. People walk from gallery to gallery, enjoying the festivities in the Village and sharing in the fabulous artwork displayed.

Sweetwater Center for the Arts will hold the opening reception for the Mavuno Invitational art exhibition during this fall's gallery walk. The exhibition will be curated by Elizabeth Douglas and will coincide with Sweetwater's annual Mavuno Festival of African American Art and Culture. Hors d'oeuvres and refreshments will be served.
