• Cover Letter
• Resume
• Examples of Work (may be sent in any format - photographs, digital images, slides, via webpage, etc.)
• Class Proposal (what class(es) you would like to teach)
• Copy of Clearance Forms (if teaching children)

Modeling

If you are interested in modeling for art classes at Sweetwater, please fill out our
Model Application Form, and return it to Sweetwater Center to the Arts.
