Sweetwater's Decadent Chocolate Desserts

 

SEWICKLEY, Pa.- Pamper a loved one or treat yourself to this sweet class. On Tuesday February 8, 2011 from 6:30-9:30 p.m. join Sweetwater in an indulgent workshop. Taste and learn about different types of chocolate, then use them to make creamy mousse, a ganache-coverd cake, a luscious tart and more! Sure to please any chocoholic, just remember to bring your sweet tooth and byob! Materials fee is included in the tuition. This work shop is $50 for Sweetwater members and $65 for  non-members.

For the past 35 years, Sweetwater has worked towards enriching the lives of children and adults in the communities it serves by providing excellence in arts education and cultural programming. In keeping with its mission, Sweetwater strives to evolve by adding new and exciting classes and programs each session. The Center offers artist-instructors with outstanding qualifications, classes for beginners and experienced students, intimate class settings, performances, exhibitions, lectures demonstrations and cultural programming.
