Join instructor and chef Claudio Masci for this demonstration in the fine art of bread making. Learn the secret to creating beautiful (and delicious!) loaves of bread to impress family and friends. Learn to make pizza crust, doughnuts and bread from one master batch of dough. Salad is included. This is a class you won't want to miss! Materials fee is included in the tuition. BYOB.

One of the most frequently asked questions that wine consultants receive is, "What wine goes with turkey?" Turkey, it turns out, is not the problem. The problem is all the other "accompaniments" that are part of the Thanksgiving feast. Wine Educator John Eld has put together a list of affable choices and will review the guidelines that should enable you to pick a wine that both matches your menu and pleases your guests. Food bites and palate cleansers will be available. Materials fee is included in the tuition.
