CALL FOR ENTRIES
Sweetwater's Annual Student/Instructor Show
Sweetwater is asking all of its students and instructors that taught or took a class during 2009 to participate in the Student/Instructor Show held January 8-29, 2010 in Sweetwater's Balcony Gallery. All ages and media are welcome!

INSTRUCTIONS FOR PARTICIPATION

• Each participant may enter 2 works in any medium (which does not need to be framed, but must be wired for hanging and/or prepared for display)
• Print out label forms to attach each artwork you are submitting. Label forms can be accessed from our website by clicking here.
• Drop off artwork at Sweetwater on Monday, Jan. 4 or Tuesday, Jan. 5 (between 9am-8pm). Registration will take place in the Sweetwater office on the first floor.
• Come to the reception & Open House on Friday, January 8, from 6-8 pm. Bring friends and familyfor hors d'oeuvres, refreshments, instructor demosand art activities for all ages.
• The sale of artwork for the Student/Instructor Show will include a 60/40 split - the 60% being the artist's portion of revenue.
